    The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money (Thatcher).

    The free market works if government allows it to. The free market means that there are always winners and losers. The politically correct "everyone is a winner" concept has no precedent in history or in nature.

    LL: I wish I had cared about politics more when Reagan and Thatcher were around. I was a politically brain dead liberal back then, more or less an apprentice stoker on the gravy train.

    Nobody's perfect, chickenlittle. Some liberals grow up and see reality and others never do.
